Composition of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Taewoong Logistics is composed of three Executive Directors and two Independent Directors.
The Board of Directors is appointed in a transparent manner at the General Meeting of Shareholders and serves as the company’s highest decision-making body with respect to matters concerning the general meeting of shareholders, management, finance, and directors, while also evaluating and reviewing the effectiveness of decision-making.
The Chief Executive Officer, who concurrently serves as Chairperson of the Board, holds executive meetings with all executives, and the CEO makes final decisions after gathering the opinions of the members of the Board and executives to ensure alignment with the company’s overall growth direction.
