- 01Report Submission
- Human rights violation cases are received through written submissions to the HR Team and via the anonymous reporting system (Taewoong 119).
- 02Preliminary Review
- A preliminary review is conducted to check the authenticity of the report and verify the facts.
- 03Initiation of Investigation
- Depending on the content of the report, an internal investigation team or external experts are assigned to carry out the investigation.
- 04Deliberation and Decision
- To ensure fairness and expertise, an internal deliberation committee or an external expert group is convened.
- 05Relief for Victims and Sanctions against Perpetrators
- At the request of the victim, counseling, legal support, medical assistance, and psychological treatment are provided. Where necessary, employment relationships are protected or working conditions are adjusted if desired by the victim.
- Appropriate disciplinary measures are taken against perpetrators (e.g., warning, dismissal from position, or termination of contract).
- 06Follow-up Management and Prevention of Recurrence
- Continuous monitoring is conducted to ensure that victims can work in a safe and comfortable environment
- The results of the investigation and remedy procedures are shared within the organization or with stakeholders. Remedy processes are analyzed to identify improvements, and related policies and training are reinforced.
